RTL POS Utilities features and benefits:
  • Allows RMS users to receive goods, create transfers or complete a physical inventory at the POS.
  • Items can be entered by scanning at the POS, by using lookup by style or item, or by importing a file from an external source.
  • Reports can be printed either on the POS receipt printer or sent to a Windows printer as required.

Receive Goods
  • All goods received can be completed at the POS without opening SO Manager.
  • In a single store environment, create a new item or add a dimension “on the fly”, all from within POS.
  • Purchase orders and transfers can be received and committed to stock with a minimum of clicks.
  • Purchase Orders and transfers can be created ‘on-the-fly’.

Transfer ins/Out
  • Transfers can be created at the POS.
  • A transfer in is automatically created at the receiving store.
  • Multiple transfer slips can be printed to go with the goods.

Physical Inventory
  • Physical Inventory files can be imported from any external data source.
  • Barcodes can be verified against the database before import.
  • Any unfound barcodes can be automatically downloaded from RTL Catalogue Distribution Server and the styles created (requires RTL Catalogue Import) - if applicable.
  • Quantities are added to the physical inventory ready to be processed.

Alleviate inherent RMS Inter branch transfer issues. RTL POS Utilities can be used to retrieve IBT's that have not reached the receiving store automatically through RMS.
